K'gari [GUR-rie] also known as Fraser Island is the largest sand-island in the world where the Butchulla people are the traditional owners of the land.
Our K'gari Tote Bag is made from 100% re-loved and recycled glass and provides a luxury look and feel which makes it a great choice for those who seek both elegance and environmental responsibility.
How is it made? Recycled glass is made by sorting glass bottles and containers by colour, giving them a good clean. The glass is then melted down and turned into thin thread-like fibres. These fibres are woven together creating a tough yet light fabric that forms the base of our chic, K'gari Tote Bag.
